Service 02
The paperwork is the moat. That is why it is worth paying someone to cross it.
Gated categories. Brand approvals. NOM and COFEPRIS documentation. Listings suppressed for reasons the notification does not explain. Cases that have been open long enough that you stopped checking.
None of this is intellectually hard. It is slow, specific, in a second language, and against a counterparty that answers with templates. Most sellers do not solve it because the work is tedious, not because it is impossible — which is precisely why solving it is worth something.
What we actually do
We build the evidence file
Each category has a specific documentation shape that gets accepted. Our system assembles it — invoices, certifications, test reports, the chain of authenticity — into the form that category needs.
A person reviews and submits it
Every time, without exception. Amazon publishes no API for case submission, and automating the Seller Central interface violates their terms in a way that can propagate across every linked account. So the submit stays human, permanently, by design.
We track and escalate through official routes
Follow-ups, additional documentation requests, and the appeal path when the first answer is wrong.
What we will not tell you
When Amazon will respond. We will tell you what we have seen historically and label it as history. Case resolution is Amazon’s decision on Amazon’s clock, and anyone quoting you a date is guessing.
That every case is winnable. Some are not. Sometimes the documentation cost exceeds the revenue behind the listing, and the correct answer is to stop. We will tell you that instead of billing you for the attempt.
Included, and not
A set number of cases each month is covered by the retainer. Anything beyond that is quoted before we begin — never after.
