Privacy Policy

This page describes what this site actually does with information, in plain language — not a template of clauses for services this site does not run.

What we collect

When you send us a message through this site — by email or through a contact form — we receive whatever you write in it: your name, your contact details, and the details you choose to share about your account or business.

We do not collect anything else. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay scripts on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies beyond what is strictly required for it to function. There is no advertising or analytics cookie of any kind here.

What we do with it

A message you send us is used only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you engaged us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our own team and, where legally required, our fiscal partner or Amazon itself.

How long we keep it

We keep a message only as long as we need it to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the length of the engagement plus whatever period the law requires afterward. Ask us and we will delete it sooner, unless we are required to retain it.

We never ask you to send credentials — a password, a login, or a one-time code — through email, a form, or any channel on this site. Account access is always granted the other way: from inside your own Seller Central, through Amazon’s Authorized Partner programme, which you can revoke yourself at any time.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want your information corrected or deleted, contact us through the channels on the contact page.
